When you submit an enquiry via our website
When you submit an enquiry or application via our website, we ask you for your name, contact telephone number, gender, email address, telephone number, a photograph, mandatory work documents, client job description and an optional Curriculum Vitae (“CV")
We use this information to provide you the best possible service. This includes responding to your query (including providing you with any requested information about our services), application and notifying you of future job opportunities. We may also email you several times after your enquiry in order to follow up on your interest and ensure that we have answered it to your satisfaction. We will do this based on our legitimate interest in providing accurate information prior to an enquiry or application.
Your enquiry is stored and processed into our computer system which is managed in our head office. The CRM system is solely accessed by A1 Care Temps Staff
We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.
